NEW ORLEANS, October 14, 2026 – Prokeep, the AI-Powered Order Engine for wholesale distribution, today announced Order Pro, a growing family of AI agents built for distributor counter teams. The initial agents draft customer replies, match products to orders, and summarize long conversations using the customer context already captured in Prokeep. Order Pro is available now.

Distributors are under pressure to respond faster than they ever have before. Research shows that 86% of customers are likely to leave a supplier for one that offers a faster ordering experience. And the order experience starts with the quote: distributors that send fast and accurate quotes are 35 to 50% more likely to win the order. Still, counter reps spend much of the day rereading message threads, hunting through order history, and rekeying details that already exist in their systems.

Order Pro targets that gap with three agents, each handling a specific part of the order workflow:

  • Respond Agent drafts reply suggestions to customer messages using the context already in the conversation thread.
  • Match Agent matches products to customer requests using the context of the entire order, rather than evaluating line items one at a time.
  • Summary Agent turns a long customer conversation into a short, scannable summary in seconds.

New Quote Follow-Up capability surfaces pending quotes that need attention before they go stale, closing a gap where distributors commonly lose orders they already bid.
