New Features to Highlight

Custom Contact and Company Fields:

Available for all accounts, admins can now create up to 20 custom company and contact fields on records. Custom fields support text, date, and phone number formats, and appear throughout the app wherever the records are created or edited, such as the inbox and contacts page. This makes it easy to capture and access the information that matters most to your business.

Browser tab unread indicator + Air Horn notification sound: 

A red dot now appears on the Prokeep browser tab when there are unread messages, so nothing slips by even when the app isn't in focus. Users in noisy environments can also switch to an Air Horn alert sound for new messages, so it’s hard to miss even if you work in a noisy environment.

Meet Chad Thornton,

Implementation Project Manager

If you're a new Prokeep customer, there's a good chance Chad Thornton was one of the first friendly faces you encountered. As our Implementation Project Manager, Chad works hand in hand with our sales team to make sure every new customer hits the ground running, mapping out success plans, delivering first trainings, and ensuring you find real value in Prokeep from day one.

What makes Chad especially well-suited for this role is the journey that brought him here. Over the years, he's worn a lot of hats at Prokeep, from Account Executive to Customer Success Manager, and now Implementation Project Manager. That cross-functional experience means he understands the full customer journey, from the first sales conversation to long-term success, and he brings that perspective to every customer he works with.

Based in Austin, TX, Chad is passionate about setting new customers up for success from the very beginning and it shows. We’re grateful for his expertise, consistency and care that he brings to our customers every day!
