What you’ll do: As our Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with the People Operations Specialist to recruit top talent for all departments of ProKeep. The TC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Prokeep. You must be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities:  What will I do? (…a better question may be “what will I not do?”!)


  • Manage recruiting operations
  • Draft job descriptions
  • Post job descriptions
  • Conduct screenings
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Assist in shortlisting
  • Perform background checks
  • Prepare job offer letters

Onboarding / Training / Offboarding

  • Assist candidates with onboarding tasks and documents
  • Coordinate onboarding training sessions
  • Process paperwork for new hires
  • Assist Specialist with offboarding tasks and documents
  • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees

Reporting / Other

  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Assist supervisors in performance management process
  • Support other People Operation functions as assigned
  • Learn as much as you can, level up and take on more responsibilities!

Qualifications: What does it take to do this job? 

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
  • Proficiency with GoogleSuites
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
