Head of Partnerships

The Head of Partnerships will lead the strategy, development, and activation of partnerships and own the outcomes associated with developing new business with channel partners and other technology companies.

We envision a world where all distributors will use our tools to be more efficient and to build stronger relationships with their customers. Our SaaS product has generated significant traction in a short period of time, and you will be tasked with building on our current momentum.

Key Responsibilities:  What will I do? (…a better question may be “what will I not do?”!)

  • Broaden Prokeep’s partner ecosystem by creating deep relationships with other technology companies and channel organizations
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings and identify profitable business opportunities to pursue with partners
  • Work cross functionally to develop partner strategy with leadership, the customer team, and product to drive value to our customers and maximize revenue
  • Identify potential partners, perform outreach, and ultimately activate partnerships that fit company strategy.
  • Create proposals that include data, targets and timelines.  Communicate proposals to co- founders for approval and alignment with other company goals
  • Build and implement business plans and GTM strategies with strategic partners that will raise adoption of Prokeep and drive joint revenue
  • Manage partner relationship with regular check ins 
  • Build deal structure and lead negotiation for all partner agreements and contracts 
  • Track KPIs relevant to each partnership and share results with the leadership team as well as with partners to ensure both companies are tracking towards goals

Qualifications: What does it take to do this job? 

  • 4-6 years working in SaaS revenue partnerships, business development, strategy or a related capacity
  • Proven experience building partnerships that drive revenue
  • Strong people management skills are required
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
  • Superb communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage concurrent and time sensitive projects
  • Ability to listen well, contribute to creative business discussions, influence the thinking of or gain acceptance from Founders
  • Background in contract negotiation
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management and the ability to multitask
  • Self-starter
  • A finely tuned sense of urgency
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A sense of humor is always a plus

Reports to: The Head of Partnerships will be based in our New Orleans office and report to the Co-founder and Head of our Customer Team.
