Our SaaS product has generated significant traction in a short period of time which is where you come in to help accelerate our growth.
We are looking for a customer support specialist who can troubleshoot incoming calls and emails regarding our product. We are looking for someone who can take initiative and be comfortable on the phone and empathetic with our customers.
- Provide empathic support for all issues while adhering as close as possible to current SLA
- Escalate issues to Customer Success Managers as needed
- Help build and maintain the customer Knowledge Base
- Own account provisioning
- Assist with platform adoption with our smaller customers
- 2+ years experience in customer support role preferred.
- Tech savvy individual.
- Previous experience working with a SaaS company preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A self-driven individual who is able to manage their time independently.
- Ability to be patient and empathetic on the phone.
- Superb tone and comfortability while on the phone and through email correspondence.
Working Relationship & Compensation
