Customer Operations Analyst

Prokeep is looking for a technical and creative person to join our team as a Customer Operations Lead, primarily based in New Orleans. The Customer Operations team works across all company departments and teams to implement change, scale process, drive efficiency through data and technology to continue our exciting business growth. 

The Customer Operations Lead will be expected to develop a deep understanding of Prokeep’s internal systems and find ways to analyze and improve processes.  This position will support the implementation and management of software and systems critical to the success of the Sales and Customer Success team.

Responsibilities: What will I do? (…the list below and so much more!)

  • Become an expert on Prokeep’s business model, org structure, internal software and technology to help build efficient internal processes
  • Build and maintain scalable systems and processes in HubSpot as as an Administrator for the Customer Team (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing)
  • Help review, and design, implement, communicate, and train more efficient operational processes across the customer lifecycle 
  • Oversee process and training documentation for the sales and customer success team
  • Assist in project management of select department initiatives and key company objectives 

Requirements: What
does it take to do this job? 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing and improving processes in a fast-paced environment 
  • HubSpot experience highly preferred, CRM experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Relentlessly self-motivated 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environment preferred
