With Prokeep and Decisiv working together, Service and Parts teams can share updates instantly, centralize every conversation, and keep customers on the road—with fewer delays and clearer communication.
Prokeep has significantly upgraded Outreach Task management with new Bulk Task Management capabilities. Users can now select and reassign, update due dates, or delete multiple Tasks simultaneously. Safeguards also prevent accidental changes to Completed Tasks.
Additional improvements include clearer action buttons, making it easier to navigate large lists (up to 50 Tasks at a time). These enhancements boost team efficiency, organization, and follow-up consistency. More information here.
